Screen Cleaner
Production of cereals from 0.5 to 60 tons / ha depending on the sieves used and the cereals to be cleaned. Made with carbon steel supporting structure, two oscillating press-folded sheet metal cases with three cleaning surfaces. Equipped with a centrifugal fan with double dust extraction. Main motor with belt transmission. Supplied complete with accessories for assembly, collection of the finished product and various processing waste. Set of sieves with measures other than those assembled. All the screens supplied are already complete with frame and anti-clogging rubber balls.
Cubing presses
Used for the production of pellets, both for zootechnical use and for wood.
Made of painted carbon steel, it is composed of a product loading auger, a conveyor auger and an extruder that produces the pellet.
Possibility to adjust the length of the pellet thanks to the knives and the machine is supplied with a vertical cooler and all the components for transport.
The steam generator and all parts in contact with the hot product supplied in AISI 304 stainless steel can be supplied as optional.
Switchboards
The panels for complete systems consist of a metal cabinet, with blind door, IP 55, with front panel controls, Manual-Automatic selectors where necessary, signal lights. The automation is controlled by a PLC with a PANEL PC facing the panel of the size most appropriate to host the graphics of the system. Included in the panel is the remote assistance module so that you can also operate away from the panel and allow changes to our software engineer.
The panels for single and autonomous machines can be supplied in metal or in STAINLESS STEEL according to the work environments.
For wheeled or single machines we also supply the on-board machine system.
